LIMITED AND GRANT-DEPENDENT POSITION (potential availability Fall, 2024) :

**Opening for a case manager/resources coordinator. Hybrid remote/on-site position will begin as a part-time position and transition into full-time at the completion of training. Position is dependent upon annual grant renewals. Some capacity of social work experience preferred.**
